I want to know how to block certain extensions, not necessarily specific domains, in Outlook 2003...

For example, I want to block all domain extensions that don't end in .com .net .us .org etc etc

Getting rid of all the foreign emails that are mostly spam

I know you can block certain domains, like aol.com ... but is there a way to say "I only want emails coming in that end in .com .net .org .gov .us etc etc" and block everything else?

Yes there is a way.
Start the rules wizard (Tools_Rules and alerts_Now Rule),
Start from a blank rule.
Check messages when they arrive.

Next, YES (Skip step 1)
Delete it

Except with specific words in the sender's address.
Click on specifc words and type in your .com, .net, .org
etc

Is that what you want?
