Outlook 2003 Global Address List

Does anyone have a clue how I can set this upu?

In my MS Outlook e-mail, when I go to send a new e-mail and click on "To" to get a list of addressees, I would like to set "Contacts" as my default instead of "Global Address List

Then set it!

In Outlook, click on the Address Book icon, then TOOLS>OPTIONS.

F1 is your friend.

It changes everytime I close outlook and open again.
It goes back to Global Address List as the default

Is there a GPO somewhere setting it?
