Outlook 2003 freezing up

I have a user who's Outlook is freezing up when she tries to send an email. It does not happen every time, recipient, content and attachments have no affect on said issue. She's running Win2k with all the latest updates. Office is running SP1 on Exchange 2000.

If she saves the email as a draft before trying to send it and then retries to send after she terminates Outlook, it will usually go out just fine. No other users are having this issue.

Any ideas?
