Outlook 2003 download email problem

I download emails from the school sever to my .pst file. For regular days its ok as I check my email everyday. But if I check my email after some time and there are more than 100 unread emails, it will only download around the last 100 emails only and not all the unread emails. Is there a setting in Outlook which I can change to fix this. I would appreciate any help in this regard.

The default in Outlook does not restrict the limit, but there is a place where you can change that.

Check your sent/recieve options under tools and Mail Setup.
