Please help.
I have Office/Outlook 2003 installed on my WXP Pro machine.
I have 2 profiles on the box, one is able to open and use Outlook but the other, my profile cannot open outlook.
I get the following error:
'Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this persists.'
I have tried the following to resolve:
1. Copied my outlook .pst file to another directory.
2. Completely remove all files from my \ApplicationData\Microsoft\Outlook directory and uninstall Outlook completely.
3. Reinstall Outlook and create a new .pst file. With this i obviously lost all my previous data but could open outlook and start again. That is..until i rebooted my machine and then was faced again with the same, above error.
Does anyone know what this is and how i can resolve it?
Your help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Dylan
