Having a cosmetic problem with Outlook, but I can't figure out why the hell it's behaving this way.

2 computers, each running Outlook 2002 and windows XP. Outlook on both computers are the same version with all the latest patches: (10.6838.6839) SP3

The user is trying to print their calendar using DAILY STYLE, but that option is not available to her.

When I try to print the DAILY STYLE on my computer, it IS available.

I've tried to run a repair, I've tried to "find" the styles folder thinking it was a missing template, but this option seems to be embedded in the outlook program itself or one of it's libraries.

Like I said, the problem is cosmetic and we can choose the Calendar Details Style and it shows something that will work for what she wants to do with it, but if anyone out there has seen this or is an Outlook guru, I would appreciate any info that you can give. Thanks!

Is this the user's calendar or is the user trying to print someone else's calendar?

Also, I wouldnt be too quick to blame Outlook. Have you tried a different printer?

Same printer (HP4100) for both of us, same driver (windows), and it is the user's own calendar.
