I would greatly appreciate any help with this issue. I am currently running:

Exchange 5.5 SP4 on NT 4.0 SP6
Windows 2000 Pro SP3
Various flavors of MS Office XP SP1 (SB, Pro, and Standard)

Manually running the archive works fine, but the autoarchive function does not archive. It runs, then just stops. No error messages. Help

To add to this post, the Autoarchive runs visibly, in that it applies retention policies and so forth and claims to archive mail items, but completes too quickly and without any real effect. No messages are actually archived.

However, if I run an archive process on an idividual folder, the messages are archived as would be expected. If I try to manually kick off the Autoarchive, nothing is archived again.

This is effecting all of my users as we have all recently upgraded to Office XP. All of this worked fine with Office 2000.

I have the same problem.
The messages are stored on Mailbox (on server).
I want to archive old messages in a .pst file, but it does not working.

I have Exchange 5.5 SP5 and Outlook 2002 SP1 on Windows XP

If you know the answer please help us.
