Help, I am having some problems w/ seeing folders in Outlook 2002. The workstation is a new Dell running win2k pro on a NT4 server w/ Exchange 5.5 sp4. Once the workstation was connected to the domain and could see the resources on the server, I started having wiered issues w/ Outlook 2002. It will connect to the exchange server, can send and receive email, however when clicking on the sent folder, I get a gray screen w/ the message "Unable to display folder" in the right preview screen. Also having the same issues with the delete and task folder. I have checked all permessions and everything looks correct.

TIA

This sounds like a job for the Superpersons over in Exchange 5.5. forum. Did you post there?
The two rules for success are:
1. Never tell them everything you know.

Hello, This is not an only an outlook 2002 problem but also 2000

We use outlook 2000 and when working offline sometimes the folders give an unable to display folders.

Workaround is to exit and logoff outlook and then reopen outlook.

I really hope someone knows the solution for this.

regards,
