I just downloaded the SP3 for Office XP (2002) and has caused a small problem in Outlook.

In the email where I normally would ge a small graphic, I now get a small box with a red "X" in it.

This is happening on all emails with imbedded graphics. Before the SP3 update I got the graphic.

If I double click on the small box it open the web browser to the web site for the sender.

I just want the small graphic to appear just like it did before the SP3 update.

Microsoft, don't you just love them!

Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for the response and the added link.

Soon after I sent the request for help, I went back into Outlook and opened every tab on the Options selection and looked around for some hint of what ever I could find to maybe check a box for graphics etc. Found nothing I could see that would help.

Well after doing all that open and closing and then went back to an email that had some inbedded graphics, the graphics appeared.

Can't figure that out for the life of me.

Reading the responses in the link you provided really scares me. One wonder if they should abide by the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". In other words, if you don't have any issues with a program, let it me.

Thanks again,

Richard
