Outlook 2002, Rules Wizard doesn't work.

Anybody knows how to fix Rules wizard?

I set a few rules and among them, only 1 rule is not working fine from some time ago.
Other rules are working correctly, but only 1 rule is not working. I tried reinstall outlook. doesn't fix.

How can I fix it?
TNQ in advance.

What i have done to fix it ;

reinstall outlook. recreating the rule.....strange thing is only the rule(others working fine) doesn't work.
