Hey everyone,
In outlook 2000 I used to able to print several atachments at once by highlighting them and hit print but in outlook 2002 that function is gone so you can only print one at a time. If you highlight several attachments at once and try to print them you only have copy function and not the print. If anybody has a solution for this problem I would like to know.
Thanks all in advance.

I don't know that I have the solution you want, but if you go to file print, there is a checkbox that you can check to print all attached documents. Don't know if this translates to the toolbar print icon though...

Thank for the response but i do not see the print all attachment in file, print.

Sorry to bring this old thread back to life but it seems to me that the "Print Attached Files" checkbox is only available for emails that were sent in plain text. HTML emails don't have the "Print Attached Files" checkbox but do have another tab ("Options") with an option to "Print all linked documents" but this doesn't behave as I'd expect it to, i.e. it didn't print the attachment.

Has anybody come up against this before? Or does anyone know how to print attachments from HTML emails?

Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,

Try control+shift+O to get the html message into text then go from there.

Good Luck,

Doroth

Hey thanks, that should be a good enough workaround!

Cheers,
Dan
