Outlook 2002 Missing Print

Hi im having a problem printing off e-mails from Outlook, when i print out it misses part of the left hand side of the text, and moves the text to the left hand side. This is only on one users machine and not on others, ive changed margins but still no luck, i have logged in to the same pc and printed the e-mail to the same printer (HP 4500N) and it is ok.

I am just wondering if you were ever able to find a solution to this problem. I have a user that is experiencing the same issue.

If the problem exists under a user's signon and it does not exist under another (on the same computer), chances are that it is a profile issue and deleteing the user's profile to create a new one will more than likely solve the problem.

I'm my case I want to refrain from doing that.
