Hi all,
I have a user with Outlook 2002. She receives attachments from a vendor that is an rtf file. She used to be able to open them but now she gets the following message.
"Can't create file: incoice1.rtf. Right click the folder you want to create the file in and then click properties on the sortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
She is set up as limited access on Windows XP.
She said she used to be able to open them. Then she could open about 3 before she had to shut down Outlook. Now she can't open any of them. Any ideas of what si causing this? I haven't tried making her an administrator since I don't really want her to be able to install programs.
TIA
Rink
