Outlook 2002 crashes system on XP Pro

Ramdomly on boot after XP loads and I go to open Outlook 2002, the pst has a password, soon as the password windows opens and I enter it, once I hit the Enter Key, BOOM BSOD!! Win32k.sys error message appears system reboots and the 2nd time i preform these actions, IT WORKS FINE. Any suggestions?

Have you tried installing the Office XP service pack - available from the Microsoft Website?
