Outlook 2002 - Contacts ?

Hi.

I have a question regarding Outlook XP contacts.

When I create a new mail and click the TO: button I get a list of all my contact including fax recipients. I don´t want to see all contacts, I only want to se my contacts email entry. As it is now I get at least 2 entries for each person, one email and one fax.

Anyone how have an idea how to change this?

Put the people who only have fax numbers into a separate folder... Anne Troy

Thank you for a quick answer but Im sorry to say that it dont solves my problem. Most of my contacts have both an email address and an fax number.

There must be a way to just display the email address and not the Fax entry.
