Outlook 2002 Calendar Question: How to highlight current date?

When I open Outlook 2002, then click on the calendar (I have it open to the 31 day calendar view), the current date is not automatically highlighted. If I switch to the 7 day or 5 day view, then switch back to the 31 day view, the current date is then highlighted.

Does anybody know how to correct this glitch and make the current date be highlighted immediately upon opening the calendar in Outlook?

Thx for any help!

Try this.

Go to View, Arrange by, Current View, Customize Current View. Click to clear the Compress Weekend Days check box in Other Settings.

Let me know if it helps.

Thx for the reply michbar.

I've cleared the Compress Weekend Days check box, but it didnt' solve the problem. :(

Thx for trying, though.

I did notice, however, that when I open the calendar, it will highlight the current day for a split second before turning the highlight off (I won't notice it unless I really pay attention because it happens so fast). I don't know if that means anything or not.
