One of our clients as just installled windows xp and office xp. Outlook 2002 connected to Exchange Server. The problem he is getting is when he trys to send an attachment over say 100 KB, As soon as he clicks on send it does nothing (does not wait in outbox), after about five minutes of continually sending it eventually goes.
Any small attachments go straight away.
Starting outlook in safe mode all attachments send straight away.
No anti virus, no personal folders, another user logs on to the same w/s same thing occurs.
Any ideas welcome.
Thanks

What e-mail editor are you using? Have you tried switching first to the plain text editor to see if you have the same symptoms? joegz

Was using word 2002, disabled this within outlook, still same problem

Applied Office XP Service Pack 1, which resolved this issue
