I have user who needs to have 2 different email profiles on her NT box. Both profiles were created. But, when trying to open the 2nd profile "Unable to open the default email folder. You do not have permission to log on" shows. Both profile was configure with NONE in the password field. Pls help.

you do not have permission to log on to the e-mail folder

That says enough doesn't it?

Like I said before, check your permissions on the server.
If you cannot even 'see' the PST file, let alone you will be able to access it.

I don't think I am very wrong with :
too quick to put on the good old "getting in over his head"

Sorry, but you don't give the impression you know what you're doing.
I go by the posts:
How do I check this?
How do I get one user to have full rights to the other?
There is nothing wrong with that, that is not meant offensive.

It just means it is difficult for us to give you steps, we are NOT in front of the PC's you know.
We rely on your feedback and we rely on you following our steps to the letter and then give us results on that. The solution is out there. [morning]

Did you find the path of the PST folder? Sometimes they're locally on the hard drive, other times they're out on the server somewhere.

Either way, you need to make sure the folder that the PST is in gives FULL access to the user trying to access it. ~cdogg
