I have just imported my mail, address book and accounts from outlook express to outlook 2000.

In Out Exp when I typed in the first letter of anyone in the contacts list of my address book their name would automatically populate. This feature does not seem to be working with Outlook 2000.

Does anyone know how to turn on the feature? I have searched but cant find it.

Thanks

Outlook 2K doesn't do this. See thread68-441063

Outlook 2K does do this as I responded in another thread. I you type the LAST NAME and tab to the next field or enter a ";" to enter another address, if it is unique the email will be addressed properly. If you type just the first part of a name then a red underline will appear, if you click on it a dialog box will appear with suggested addresses from your address book. Skypper :)

Outlook 2000 does not type ahead for name suggestions like Outlook Express.
