Outlook 2000 replys not saving in inbox

I have a user that is using Outlook 2000. When he replies to a message it disappears from the Inbox. Normally when a message in the Inbox is replied to, the original message still exists in the Inbox.

Does anyone know how to fix his configuration?

The first place to look is: View, Current View, Messages

The View, Current View, is set to Messages. Is there anything else you know of to check?

I think the next place to look would be the Rules Wizard. Make sure there are no rules deleting or moving these messages.
