Recently, due to an unknown reason, outlook 2000 is receiving US-ASCII encoded messages, and stripping the subj and msg body out when received. I have western ISO as default, but still Outlook uses US-ASCII encoding. How to change to default Western Europe ISO or windows encoding outside of the tools|options? been there, and it doesnt help.

What browser are you using? I have been told that if you are using IE6 and Outlook this will happen to some messages. Some kind of bug. Sara

Yes, that seems to be the conclusion around here as well. I've warned everyone not to install IE6 if they like Outlook. I've gone to using Eudora or OE havent made up my mind yet.

Thanks!
