I have a user who is not receiving new messages in her Inbox unless she opens an existing message or composes a new one. Only then do new messages appear.
She is using Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro. I have had this problem with other users in the past on Windows 2000. The only resolution I could find for them was to re-image their PCs! Even re-installing Outlook did not help.
I would like to avoid that this time around if possible. Any ideas?
