I have a user who is running Outlook 2000 (Office 2000). She received an email from someone about a month ago and had replied to it. However, here is the problem, when she opens the original email there is a yellow highlighted box that appears above the text that states "You replied on 05/25/2006). When she clicks on this it produces an Advanced Find box that she says should show the original message plus her reply. It only shows the original message. She appears to delete items in her Sent Items frequently as I only saw Sent Items going back to the beginning of June. I don't know if that is playing into this but I would appreciate any help on this issue.

Your right on point when you said that she deletes her
"Sent Items" frequently. What I think is happening is that when she click's on the highlighted "You Replied.." message it goes into Find because it cannot locate that reply any more since she had most likely deleted it. That's my opinion on this issue.
