When accessing some mapped network drives and the C: drive from the Outlook 2000 Shortcut bar, I receive the following error message. "Outlook has caused an invalid page fault in module MSO9.dll at 0137:308e04b1." At that point I am forced to close the Outlook 2000 program.

Also, I am able to access all network resources and all files and folders within the C:\ drive by using My Computer on the Desktop.

I have tried the following with no success:
1. Recreated Outlook Shortcut bar shortcuts.
2. Renamed mso9.dll to mso9.bad and ran Detect and Repair from the Office 2000 Small Business Edition CD.
3. Completely removed and reinstalled Outlook 2000.
4. Completely removed and reinstalled Office 2000 SBE.

I'm running out of options. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately, I've already ensured that I have Corporate or Wkgrp edition installed. Still no luck.
