Outlook 2000 File Attachments

I upgraded (I use the term loosely) from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2000. When I attach files to emails, they are not delivered to the recipient. Any ideas on what configuration may have changed? <br>

Are you using Exchange Server? Did recipient receive a message stating the attachment had been removed?
