I'm running Outlook 2k on NT4/W98se workstations, using Exchange Server, with Small Business Server. Several users have multiple email profiles, and all users have 'prompt for profile' checked in the Outlook settings. However, erratically, this prompt is failing to display, and, when opened, Outlook is defaulting to the last-used profile. Closing all other Microsoft applications usually resolves this, but that's a waste of time. Any ideas?

Have you got WinFax installed?? There is an option in this to specify weather or not to ask for a profile, and this will over ride the Exchange option....
The WinFax option for this is in the Setup menu, click Exchange.
On the General tab, un-click Always Use This Profile. Jay~

My new Tae Kwon Do website is up and running!!

Thanks for responding. No, I haven't got Winfax anywhere in sight.
