Outlook 2000 error when archiving to PST

I have all of a sudden run into a problem when we try to move emails with attachments to a .pst I get an error saying "cant move selected item, it has either been all ready moved or deleted" Nothing has changed as far as permisions go and it is a brand new PST so the size is not a factor. Also the attachments are there and not have been moved or deleted. I can do one at a time but when I try to move more than one with an attachment it fails.

Thoughts???

You have too many items selected is why it is giving you this message. Select fewer items so not as much memory is used. joegz

It might be a problem with your anti-virus software. Make sure you anti-virus software (on the server) is in "Mapi" mode; Vapi or Mapi/Vapi mode will cause the same problem.

I just had this problem. Archive works based on the 'modified date". You can see that date by going to View-Current View- and choosing the "modified date".

Then archive based on that date plus one day.
