Yesterday, I updated Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3. Ever since, Outlook will not open and perform properly.
Outlook opens, but it will not allow you to open messages, to move between inbox, calendar, etc or even to close Outlook without doing an End Task. When performing an End Task, the following message is given:
------------------------------
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
R6025
-pure virtual function call
-----------------------------------
The file specified is Outlook.exe.
I have checked MS Knowledge Base, and it states that you need to uninstall Outlook and re-install. I did that, and after re-installing, Outlook still responds the same way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
