Outlook 2000 crashes when composing email

4 people have now approached the Helpdesk with the same problem:

In Outlook 2000, within Windows 2000 when a user goes to compose a new email outlook crashes and can only be ended through task manager.

* I have tried reinstalling/repairing using control panel ¦ add/remove progs.
* Tried adding power user rights, but this had no effect
* Tried checking that there was a message format selected (this was a resolution to a previous problem), no effect

Any ideas/ suggestions?

Never mind, i sorted it.

I forgot to mention that it's on exchange server 5.5.

Removed email profile and readded - works a treat.
