Outlook 2000 Crashes periodically

Hi,

I have some users who report Outlook 2000 crashing when a new email arrives. It has happened to me and doesn't seem to be caused by any specific sources/types/attachments. I have reinstalled O2K and then upgraded to SP2. There is nothing unusual happening on our Exchange Server (5.5 SP3 on NT4 Server sp6a) at the time.

Any ideas as to what might be wrong would be much appreciated.

What kind of error do you get? Is this the Outlook installation for the corporate workgroup or IMO? joegz

Sorry for the delay in replying, I have been away. Outlook is installed for corporate/workgroup.

I have 1 user who is using IMO but this has no problem. It is on a different system entirey and so is probably not a fair comparison.
