Hi all..
I just had one of our salesmen ask me to set his autoarchive up in Outlook 2000. He's done a very nice job of creating probably a hundred or more folders to store emails from customers, suppliers etc.
So, figuring it was standard practice, I just setup Auto-archive on the two main parents of all these sub-folders, Inbox and Clients. I forced an auto-archive run from the File menu and watched as nothing happened..
I cant find any box that specifies inheritance, and I really dont want to sit at his desk for 30 mins to select every single stinkin folder and set the auto-archive settings..
Is there a better way?
thanks,
Brett
