Outlook 2000: Calendar viewing issue

A member of staff in the office is having difficulty viewing another users calendar. He can view other users calendars, but when he tries to view this particular calendar he gets the message:

"unable to display folder"

Other users can view the calendar that this particular user cannot open

Bit of a strange one.....any ideas?

Are all the mailboxes on the same exchange server?

yes all on same server. I found a few articles about this and followed some of the tips and it seems to be OK now!

What else is there that I can do?
