Hi,
We have just switched our users from an Exchange enviroment to a different email server using internet e-mail and POP.
With Exchange all users were used to accessing the GAL (Global Address Book) for all staff addresses but now these users are connected to an LDAP server. However it seems that all the staff listing is not visible under this entry in Outlook unless you enter and a name and click on Find.
How would I get the complete staff listing from this directory server using Outlook ? Do you have to specify a specific query in Outlook so that it returns all results from A->Z ?
Any help would be much appreciated.
