I have 10 users with Win 2k SP3 and Outlook 2000.
One of these users is having a problem: When he receives a HTML e-mail the links do not respond. The cursor changes to the "hand", but when he clicks the link nothing happens.
I can take the same e-mail on an identical machine with identical updates and everything works as it should.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions on how I might fix this?

TIA

Dale

This fix works with XP. Give it a try.

Windows Explorer,Tools,Folder Options,File Types. Scroll down to URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol,Advanced,Edit. Under Application used to perform action it should read: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

That did the trick. Thanks much!
