Hi,
We are having an issue with Outlook. A user is getting email from somebody he doesn't know. This email appears to have an attachment with it, (as indicated by the paperclip) but we can't open the email (to see who's it from, and what's the attached file name is)because everytime they get to that email (even in preview only), it crashes Outlook 98 with the error
"Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module outllib.dll at 0167:6e55955c..."
The only way we could delete this mail is to turn off the preview window and delete the email.
This email keeps coming to him and it doens't seem like it's a virus (email scan is enabled)
thanks.
