Using accpac 5.3a

At the end of the month an inventory is done at each outlet, is there a method that can be used to enter this into accpac and get a valuation. This method must not affect the system balance for the items.

Thats where the stock for the storeroom is entered, if I enter it there it is going to add it to the total physical balance.

That should be the total balance on the system.
