Outing an ACD queue

Have an acd queue built (7750) and cannot out it, get sch0725. But there are no phones built in that queue.Any suggestions?

Have to out the models. That system was installed with a pre-configured database which creates model phones. Out all models and you will be able to delete 7750.

Here is the proper procedure:

LD 20 (or 11)
REQ: OUT
TYPE: 2008 M
MODL: 20

Then repeat for all types and models listed above...

Thank you telebub That was the problem. 7750 only appeared on the 2216 phone models. I learned something today - now I can go home. Thanks again
