Outgoing name over PRI

Hi,

On SX-200 ICP rls 5.0, embedded PRI, I would like send name over the PRI, but not the name of the set, like departement on 3300. Do you know how to program it ?

I have called tech support and this feature is not allowed on the SX-200 ICP. So the only option is send the name of the set or totally block !!

If the set is not named, you can send the name of the trunk or trunk group.

If the set is named, the set name will be sent.

Because the user has the ability to change the set name to anything they want, this is a dangerous path and ripe for abuse.

I made this test (set not named)also before calling and does't work. Tech support said me that we are no solution ... !!!

What is the exact string of digits in your Modified Digit table to insert before sending to the telco?

I have tested nothing and *04

I'm not sure that *04 will work all by itself.

Try the following instead:

*4*6*04*4
