Outgoing/Incoming Calls after 5pm 1

Hi,
I'm using Merlin Magix and a few employees can't make or receive outside calls between 5pm and 8am each day. Between 8am and 5pm their phone lines work fine, they can make and receive outside calls along with internal calls. I have checked and these employees DO belong to Group 30. I can make/receive outgoing calls on my line, but I don't see any differences in our setups when comparing them. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
 
Get a printout of your extension and one of theirs - and look at the detail - that may provide info. Obviously, it has something to do with the way "night service" is set up. Is this (night service)done via a button at the operator console?

Yes, night service is activated thru a button on the operator console.
 
I think I've figured out what to do. You have to go into SPM in Standard mode. Then go Sys Program, Start, NightService, ExcludeList, type the extensions you want to be excluded from night service, then press enter.

There's things you can do in ARS that can turn it off as well.
 
The procedure I posted works, but Merlinman, I'm interested to know the other method you mentioned also.
 
ARS Pools - A ROUTE is for DAY, B ROUTE is for NIGHT.

Repost if you need any more info....
 
I see the A and B routes in Automatic Route Selection, but I think I need more info. Thanks.
 
In this example:

TABLE 17: Default Toll Output Table
Pool Absorb Other Digits FRL Call type Start Pattern
1)70-- 00 -- 3 BOTH --:-- A

Pool Absorb Other Digits FRL Call type Start Pattern
1)-- 00 -- 3 BOTH --:-- B 17:00

There is no pool in TABLE 17, Pattern 1, Pattern B. Thus, no calls could be made when when the start time is set in the "B pattern.
