I'm using Merlin Magix and a few employees can't make or receive outside calls between 5pm and 8am each day. Between 8am and 5pm their phone lines work fine, they can make and receive outside calls along with internal calls. I have checked and these employees DO belong to Group 30. I can make/receive outgoing calls on my line, but I don't see any differences in our setups when comparing them. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
