Hello,,I have a client who uses MS Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2007 system.
She has this issue where any email that gets sent to anyone outside of the company..the text changes to Yellow and is very hard for the recipient to read..
Messages sent to a recipient inside the company are fine and the font colors are normal..
I have checked her settings and everything is set to automatic, and when she types them up,,the text is fine...
Are there any settings i can check,,or any other ideas as to why this occurs...Again,,its only happening on emails sent outside the firm...
Thanks very much..

Has the receiver at the other company also checked her email program, does she even use Outlook or another system or different version of Outlook. Also ask the other user at the external company to get her IT dept to investigate.

You could also test inhouse by sending to an external mail address like a google account and see if that has yellow text. If it doesn't have any issues you know its the other person's mail settings externally.
