The progress indicator 0-100% box for Norton Antivirus scanning outgoing email has now vanished. In fact I don't know whether Norton is scanning email at all. I have to check in Sent Items to see if mail is sent. I have ensured that both in and out mail is ticked in program Options and also that the progress indicator display is ticked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but no difference.
I am using NAV 2002, Outlook Express 6 and Windows XP. Has anyone any ideas as to how I can restore this indicator? I have not experienced problems before. At the back of my mind I do wonder if it is associated with the latest Zone Alarm update which has given quite a few problems to many of its users.
