The site administrator at one of my client locations needs to have a copy of all outgoing mail for one of his users forwarded to him... I'm not too sure what the employee is up to but it can't be good. They use Exchange 2000 as an internal mail server... All mail is sent through that server... Is there any way to do this with exchange. Or does anyone know of third party software that can do this??

You can use the Archive feature in Exchange to perfrom this. Also you can set it up to just look at one person.

Go to your exchange Manager
Go to your Store
Right click and go to properties
Under the general tab you will see Archive all Messages.
Check the box and Click Browse.
Slect the user you wish to archive and your done.

The file will archive as a .PST file, which you can import into another machine.

I can only show you the door, your the one that has to open it !
