I have Exchange 2000, sp3.

In the Properties page of the Default SMTP Server, on the Delivery tab, when I click the Outbound Connections button I get the following error: "Please ensure that the outgoing connections limit is greater than or equal to the per domain outgoing connections limit."

My only option is to click OK.

How do I check / change the per domain outgoing connection limit?

Thanks
Joe

Did you ever figure this out?
I have the same problem.

I have not.

This is no longer the problem du jour -- but an answer would be nice.

If I stumble upon anything I'll post it here.

I did not get an answer either...but it seems if
1. I make a new SMTP Virtual Server and set it up.
2. Stop the default SMTP VS

everything runs fine.
On reboot the new on starts up, but the old one does not.
