We have a Customer with CLIR on a PRI link which continues to show outgoing CLI. BT have been to site and tested and when they dial with the trend tester the CLI is not shown. There is nothing in the Digit Modification tables to insert anything, but when they dial out on the system the CLI is sent?

Check in the CPN substitution form. Is there any entry for Default CPN?

What makes you think that you have time to fix it?

The CLI can be sent by the CO by default.

With NI-2 protocols this is pretty much the norm.

If this is the case, you do not have control.

To view exactly what the Mitel is sending:

With an NSU (Maint Port) you can use option +dispcall to view what is being sent

With embedded you can use EDT TRACE VDSU NAMNUM X X X X

Guys, thanks for prompt replies, it was indeed set up for CPN substitution as they want DDI billing and to withold their numbers, so we have inserted 141 when dialling out!
