Outgoing CLID issue

Dear all,

Is there any possible to convert the extension number 8xx to 5xx for outgoing call??by our customer planned the Extn no. to 8xx but the DID level was 5xx.

Any method could convert it in ARS or other idea??i tried work as amend the shortcode by each users.thanks.
 
By default the system will send out the DDI/DID assigned to the user regardless of extn number, no need for intervention :)

 
Yes...i know that,but it`s different digit between extn and DID level..

example..Extn range 800 to 899
DID range from provider 500 to 599

by default all the extn take outgoing CLID will be showing to xxxx-x500.any idea to mapping the last two digit of the extn.i knew that can by each user config the shortcode to Ns"xxxx-x5xx" can solve this issue..but i would like to ask any easy idea can do this effect also.
 
Why are trying to send a number that isn't their DID, I don't understand :)

 
Let people dial 5xx or 8xx for extensions by converting it via short code and that way you don't need to worry about it.
But besides that individual short codes are the only way to do that but that also circumvents the cars.

Because our client planned the extn range isn't same as the DID range.

Example extn.816 we are looking an method how to convert to 516 for outgoing CLID match the DID range 5xx That can correctly send the CLID xxxx-x516 to other.
 
Then convince him he is a idiot and you are the specialist.
Number the extensions as the ddi range

Indeed, just renumber the extn range, it takes all of 2 mins and that includes the reboot :)

 
what they all said or create user short codes that send out the specific number via direct trunk access.
