Outgoing Calls

Hi all,

I am installing a KX TD824 in the UK, they have 2 analogue lines from Vigin Media. The Lines are installed onto the KX TD824, however when dialling out on a SLT phone it is not allowing it. It is able to receive incoming but not outgoing?

They are only using SLT handsets? Any Ideas please

Have you programmed the co 3 to be not connected in program 400

On ext 201 with a KXT7730 try programme *# 1234 400 then press sp button and disable any lines which arnt in use (auto answer button), then press auto dial store to save. Press sp button to move to the next line.
