Hello,
I'm going to configure outgoing calls over analog lines user press 9 hear dial tone and dial number . I have issue with dial number. when press 9 i hear dial tone but when i dial number that i want to call .nothing huppened and dialtone not mute
I assume you have the ATM4 so you should see 4 lines in the tree on the left in Manager. Click on the one without a connection and select admin - out of service.
Without this the IPO can't tell which lines aren't connected and will attempt to dial out of them.

•Power Failure Port
Regardless of the IP500 card hosting it, during power failure pins 4 and 5 of port 12 are connected to pins 7 and 8. In addition, when fitted to an IP500 Analog Phone 8 base card, during power failure extension port 8 is connected to the analog trunk port 12.
Are you sure you’re not confusing analogue/POTS line ports with analogue ‘telephone’ extension ports? E.g. If you have two combo cards in the system you only have 8 analogue line ports (ports 9-12) ports 7-8 are analogue extension ports for fax machines, cordless phones, etc.
Also if you’ve changed the Line Group numbers make sure that’s consistent with the ARS table for outgoing calls (if using) and the ICR table.
Does your 9N shortcode go directly to the ARS table or bypass it? Could the shortcode be bypassing the ARS table and pointing to the wrong line group number?
If you still can't work it out, export and save your configuration (.cfg) file and upload it to here and I'll have a look at it to see if anything jumps out at me.
