When I use my TAC my calls work fine, but when I dial "9" I have to dial a "#" afterward then my number to make the call. If I don't dial the "#" the call attempt fails after 7 digits.
OK, here's the two traces. From 21020 to 949 7567160. The first trace is a failed attempt, the second a successful attempt. I dialed 9 949 7567160 then 9# 949 7567160.

I find it helpful when tracking these kinds of issues to put an exact match in the ARS. No guessing then as to what it is matching to. I would also be interested in seeing Route Pattern 1, as the first attempt tries trunk 1, then trunk 3.
on reading those traces you are getting a 484 response back from 192.168.1.115 ,
as then on your good trace you can see SIP<INVITE sip:9@conveyantsip.com SIP/2. this is you pressing 9# and sending that to 192.168.1.115 that then passes on to i guess an sbc and pstn
These are not extn numbers local to you but are sending out invites to 192.168.1.115 that are part of the number you are dialing , what is 192.168.1.115 ,192.168.220.14, 192.168.220.11 ?
