Outgoing calls display names of Employees!

Hi,

My customer has a BCM 400 with PRI. When they make outgoing calls, the outside called party sees random names of employees wirthin the business instead of the company name! There are no DID lines, so the Telco doesn't have this information...any thoughts?!!

Check your Speed Dials list and see if any of those names are listed.

If you have Business Name entered in progrmming this may overrride OLI or just clear OLI programming from each set.

 
Clearing OLI did not cure the problem! Any other thoughts?
 
is the "Send Name Display" box checked in the PRI settings?

Telephony Resources > Click the bus with the DTM
 
Go to Configuration > Telephony > Global Settings > Feature Settings and type in the name of your company on the Business Name box.

Try that and let us know
