I have IP406 Office from Avaya. I am using Office Manager 5.2 to manipulate it.

I have a list of DIDs (phone numbers) that I need to see when recieving a call from within the network. (IE when calling from extension 117 the called party needs to see the CLID info of a DID assigned to that extension i.e. 405-555-9117.

From where do I add this information in Office Manager?

Make a shortcode

9N
dail
NSi4055559E

then it will show the extension number (E of extension)

so modify your existing shortcode

Also,I believe you have to have a PRI T1 and your provider have to allow you to control out going CID.

Actually, I do not need the extension to show up, just the telephone number.

Here is how I am testing. From extension 117 I am calling my cellular phone. My cellular phone shows the ID of the PRI NOT the telephone number assigned to that extension. If I call that telephone number though that extension rings directly

I know that my PRI provider is allowing it.

Also,
I am making these short code changes in USER RIGHTS.

I am hoping this is the correct place

Put it in the system short codes

Did you apply shortcodes to that user right or is it set to "not part of user rights"?

We are getting closer here. I foung in the system short codes where the PRI number was. That short code is as follows.
[9]On;
Dial 3K1
ONsi4052315333

I changed it to
ONsi4058131E

It still is not showing up correctly.

Ron,

It is set to NOT Part of user rights

"Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most!

Well then it will never look to user rights for these short codes on this user.

Ron,

The i is gone and still, no avail.

When I am saving this, I am just merging afterwards. Is that sufficient?

Lets start from scratch if it is set to not part of user rights then we are working with system short codes since you are on 3.2 the system shortcode should be:

SC:9N;
Tel:Ns4052315333
Feature:Dial
LG:whatever you use

Don't for get to add it to the 91N as well for LD dialed numbers
